Millipedes and Centipedes


Millipedes and Centipedes in many ways very similar and you as a potential customer only really need a few of the differences. The fist difference and the most important in distinguishing between the two is that Centipedes have one pair of legs for each segment of their body, Millipedes have two sets of legs for each set of their body. Both Centipede and Millipede only come into a house for one reason, water, be it to much water outside forcing them inside, to little water forcing them to forage for it inside, or just an overabundance of water inside or under your home. Basements and crawl spaces with high moisture content in the walls or ground are two of the biggest cause of Millipedes and Centipedes inside any home.
